Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refunds
LOLDOGS PLUS is a digital subscription product. By completing a purchase, you receive immediate access to premium features. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including unused time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the service.
2. PLUS Subscription
LOLDOGS PLUS is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) billed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Access to premium features begins immediately upon successful payment.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your PLUS subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access to PLUS features until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already charged.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. Accounts involved in chargebacks may be permanently suspended without notice.
5. Account Suspension
If your account is suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. Access to PLUS features is revoked immediately upon suspension.
6. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lmsqueezy.com). LOLDOGS does not store your payment card details. Billing receipts and subscription management are available through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price change will apply to your next billing cycle. Continued use of PLUS after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
8. Exceptions
In rare cases where applicable law requires a refund (e.g., mandatory statutory rights in your country), we will comply. To inquire, contact us at loldogs.support@gmail.com with your purchase details.
